Cadmium's IT Service Ticketing System Internal Training

This week we'll learn about our new IT service ticketing system. This ticketing system will be used by the infrastructure team and our I.T. Manager to accept service requests. For example, when an employee needs a new computer, or to have a laptop fixed. It would also encompass DNS changes and custom website requests, as well as general IT support. Join us to learn more about the services provided by our IT staff, and the many benefits of using this new system for us and the IT staff.

After graduating from Towson University with a degree in Mass Communication I began a career as a News & Public Affairs Producer in radio and television.  I have over 20 years of project management and training experience.  I've been with Cadmium since 2012. I'm the father of two wonderful children.  I'm active as a Boy Scout leader and I coached rec league lacrosse for over 7 years in addition to holding the position of In-House Commissioner for 2 years.  When I had spare time I enjoyed doing most any outdoor activity.  I have many leather bound books and my office smells of rich mahogany.
