Eventscribe Employee Product Training Package

After the first week of Company and Culture Training, new Eventscribe employees will continue to use this site for their individual product training.  Your Team Leader will advise you on your training schedule.  Similar to your first week, you will watch videos then you will have a call at the end of each day for you to ask questions.

If you are not continuing on with the formal weeklong training for each product, you are welcomed to continue to use this site at your convenience to learn more about these Eventscribe products.

    • Collaboration: Monday.com has robust tools that will allow us to share notes, updates, and project information faster and more effectively than myCadmium can currently support.
    • Flexibility: Monday.com offers tools to configure reporting, automations, notifications, etc. without the use of a developer resource. You as a monday.com user can also create your own (private) boards and report dashboards, so the tool is able to adapt to your unique project management style.
    • Long-term goals: Using monday.com as a centralized tool for project management and communication will allow management to better align project assignments with current workload.

    This week you will learn about our Exhibitor (Expo) Harvester which is for managing the exhibitor companies and sponsors.  The Pro level of the Expo Harvester allows for booth and sponsorship sales as well.  Similar to our Education Harvester, the Exhibitor Harvester allows our clients to manage companies and collect data via a customizable task list.  The Exhibitor and Sponsor data in the Harvester syncs to our Website and Mobile App.

    This week you will learn about our Website.  The Website is an attendee facing website, a hub where speakers, exhibitors, and attendees can share content, connect with each other, and plan their experience at our client’s events.  Cadmium Websites can be used as our client's conference website.  Completely customizable to match our clients branding and with Event Scheduler, Sponsor Options, Virtual Exhibitor Booths, Share Presentation Materials, Communication Tool, Attendee Networking, and more.

    The data that appears in the Website is managed in the Education, Expo, and Poster Harvesters, and updates to made in the Harvester sync to the Website immediately.

    Mobile App

    This week you will learn about our Mobile App.  The Mobile App is an all-in-one Event App that allows attendees access to their schedule, explore the event's floor plan, and download session materials - all from their mobile device. It's native for both iOS and Android and includes the ability for attendees to take notes directly on the presentation slides, drawing, highlighting or typing their notes that they can easily access later.

    The Abstract Scorecard is our Call for Papers or Abstract Submission product.

    This week you will learn about the Scorecard which is our Call for Papers or Abstract Submission Tool.  A Client can use the Scorecard to collect and review Submissions, then assign Final Decisions, usually Accept or Reject.  The Abstract Scorecard can also be used to collect Awards and Grants.  When the client is ready, the Accepted Submissions in the Scorecard can be easily migrated to the Education Harvester so they can manage the Presentation’s Dates & Times, and Speakers.
