I was born and raised in a small town in Eastern North Carolina. I graduated from East Carolina University and moved to NYC almost immediately following my college graduation. In NYC, I worked predominately in the non-profit industry supporting a variety of communities. I loved my time in NYC and ate my way through all of the boroughs! I decided it was time to be closer to family and relocated to Kansas City in April 2019. Prior to joining the Cadmium team, I worked for an event and association management company. During my time there, I supported a variety of professional associations with their overall management and annual meetings. I am excited to be a part of this team and provide support in a new format!

I was born and raised in Utica, NY, where I still reside. I attended SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where I graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science and Network and Computer Security. Prior to joining Cadmium, I worked as an Operations Analyst for BNY Mellon. I'm excited to be joining Cadmium as a Product Specialist! In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my cat Chloe.

I was born and raised in Southern California.  I was always a numbers person and so received my B.S. in Applied Mathematics at UC Irvine.  About this time the PC was hitting it big and I fell in love with programming.  I moved to Maryland and received my Masters in Computer Science at UMBC, including a paper on neural nets.  I had a great time in the 90s working on one of the first video on demand projects and writing two of the first books on Java.  I started EventRebels event management software in 2000. It is truly a fulfillment of a dream to bring EventRebels into the Cadmium fold.

I am a voracious reader.  I love college textbooks and start almost every day with one on biology, neuroscience, AI, and so forth.  I love fine dining and classic movies with my wife, Jayne.  I am also an avid walker and hiker, often covering over 60 miles a week.  My reading and work time is usually accompanied by one or more cats and jazz.

Hey there! I'm Kelly, your HR Business Partner. I have 6+ years of HR experience in the tech industry (start-ups and privately held companies), and have led initiatives such as HR policy and process development, transformation management, mergers and acquisitions, and HR system migrations . My responsibilities at Cadmium include implementing HR policies and processes, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefits/401k/payroll administration.

When I’m not working, you will most likely find me on the couch drinking chai tea in an oversized sweater. I have two miniature long-haired dachshunds and they are my entire world.

My hobbies include backpacking, trying new restaurants, taking care of my 53 house plants, and learning more about the medicinal properties of herbs.

Fun facts: I lived on a palm tree farm in Maui, HI for a few weeks for a work-trade program, I have road-tripped across the country with friends, I have a twin brother, and I can quote the entire Emperor’s New Groove movie.

In his spare, Brett enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, and running the local Boy Scout Troop. He resides in King of Prussia, PA.

After graduating from Towson University with a degree in Mass Communication I began a career as a News & Public Affairs Producer in radio and television.  I have over 20 years of project management and training experience.  I've been with Cadmium since 2012. I'm the father of two wonderful children.  I'm active as a Boy Scout leader and I coached rec league lacrosse for over 7 years in addition to holding the position of In-House Commissioner for 2 years.  When I had spare time I enjoyed doing most any outdoor activity.  I have many leather bound books and my office smells of rich mahogany.
