Travel and Expense Internal Training

Please join us for an informal Question & Answer session on our travel and expense reimbursement policies and procedures. Please note, there’s nothing new being announced, but this is an opportunity for Q&A to make sure staff fully understands the guidelines to follow when traveling and submitting expenses for reimbursement, and also for supervisors to know what the guidelines are so they can properly review and approve submitted expense reports.

There is a "Business Travel" section in the Cadmium Employee Handbook which is available in Paycom > Documents > click the 'Completed'button.

I live and work in CT which makes me Cadmium’s first CT employee. I have a wife and two young daughters. They pretty much take up most of my free time with soccer, softball, basketball, and golf to the point where I am primarily an uber driver on the weekend. I am an avid golfer, bowler, and outdoorsman when I am not at a kid’s event and try to stay as active as possible. I am a diehard Red Sox fan, as well as a SF 49ers fan (Long story about that one but at least it isn’t the Patriots). It also appears that there are a lot of “Johns” in this organization. One nickname that has seem to stick with me throughout the years is JB3 (Full name John Barrett III). So, if that makes it easier for anyone, I am all for it.

I enjoy helping people solve problems or improve their business practices using technology. I've spent most of my career in IT roles within the healthcare industry, including insurance companies and hospitals. I came to CadmiumCD in 2018 after working 7 years as a Project Manager in the trauma industry.

In my personal life, my husband and I have three wonderful daughters who are my pride and joy. I enjoy shopping, watching sports, reading historical fiction novels, and jigsaw puzzles!
